EXECUTIVE COACHING

The task of leadership is becoming more complex. Executives need to adapt as their roles change frequently. They must achieve results through others, managing multiple and continuous change initiatives. Executive coaching can help leaders to deal effectively with their demanding environment. An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with high potential executives to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential. Essentially an executive coach holds up a mirror and builds capability at the deeper cognitive level.

Coaching can help high-performing executives reach greater heights and succeed in environments that are ever more demanding. The job of an executive coach is not to ‘give answers or solutions’ to business problems. Strictly speaking, he/she is not a business consultant. Instead, an executive coach provides a confidential and supportive sounding board to their clients. They ask questions, challenge assumptions, help provide clarity, provide resources, help interpret behaviors through psychometric assessment tools, and help a client establish SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely), personal and professional goals.

Through our executive coaching services, we provide a confidential support system and an environment of trust to the executives. The idea is to guide our clients to tap into their hidden potential and produce optimal results by addressing leadership and management challenges. We use psychometric assessment tools and 360-degree feedback to maximize learning through coaching.

NOTE: Executive coaching is not a one-time intervention. It is a continuous process of face-to-face interaction between the coach and the executive over 10 meetings.
