Team building is the term that has become a buzzword in the recent years and has many connotations. In terms of corporate development, team building is a process of enabling the team to reach its goals. There are many steps involved in team building, some of which are to clarify the goals of the team, to identify those issues that hamper the team from reaching its goals. The primary skills in this process are identifying the right issues and tackling them in an appropriate manner and in a proper order i.e. order of importance.
